- On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
- Click on the Security tab.
- Click the Custom Level button.
- Scroll down to Scripting and verify that Enable is selected in the Active scripting group.

- Click on the Languages tab.
- Verify that the Enable Javascript checkbox is checked.
Netscape 2.x
- On the Options menu, click Security Preferences.
- Click on the General tab.
- Verify that the Disable Javascript checkbox is not checked.
